Our daily routine

- delivering a PI system speech at SAP Universe, on shop floor integration with R/3
- integrating a SampleManager robot in Sodertalje, Sweden
- meeting eight laboratory supervisors in the same afternoon
- connecting through Yukon a dozen instruments and introducing the Topaz system to the plant staff at Riyadh (Saudi Arabia)
- spending the night at Imagix, in São Paulo
- spending the night at Kinko's, in Atlanta
- attending the KM World, in Dallas
- trying to have some sleep during the 11-hour bus trip between Atlanta and Orlando (the last flight has departed already...)
- discussing validation strategies, visiting historical monuments in Chester (United Kingdom) and returning to Altricham (United Kingdom) to review a service contract
- visiting four different industries in four different states in one same week
- training on the PI System a group of operators in the morning and one group of managers in the afternoon
- speaking English the whole day long for two weeks, in Espírito Santo
- recognizing all refineries in the country by their acronyms
- installing and uninstalling SampleManager five times
- leaving the premises of a client in the banking sector in Latin America, to be mentoring a refinery in California in the following week, with enough time for a weekend at home
- preparing, during the Thursday holiday, the Nautilus training material, participating in a trekking over the extended weekend and arrive on time for the Monday training session.
- having to glance at the boarding pass to be sure of his destination.
- sending an e-mail to England before midnight, with the diagrams of the technical documentation on the new SampleManager version and booking a ticket to Germany and England in 25 days from now, upon returning form holidays in the Northeast.
